The concept has a potential unrealized in this game.. Honestly, this game is a perfect use of Tetris, however my only issue with it is there's no 'next block' so you can't plan ahead, though it does add to the difficulty and makes you think about where you want to place each block, but too many times I've used a block to go around, when the next block would have allowed me to just bridge across, or fitting the gap perfectly. As far as difficulty goes, it depends on how careless you are with your placement, give yourself multiple paths and branches and you should be fine with each level.. Amazong game :3. TL;DR: Design your own dungeon, but with random blocks and annoying pseudo tetris mechanics. Very simple turn-based combat (similar to games like Dungeons of Dredmor) Not a fan of this game. I like games like Dungeons of Dredmor, or Desktop Dungeons, so it's not the genre that's the problem. The entire concept of building the dungeon around you with tetris pieces just doesn't work for me. The description says "You build a tower by using the rules which are similar with the famous game", but that just isn't true. You can't see the piece that's coming next, so there is no strategy in that sense, and the most satisfying part of tetris is fitting blocks together in the perfect way to get a big combo. Neither strategy nor the satisfaction of combos exists in this game. Instead it essentially functions as a "design your own dungeon, but with random blocks and annoying pseudo tetris mechanics." The rpg combat is similar to the games I talked about above. Nothing to write home about, simple and bare-bones. Ways to fix it? Overall I don't think the concept is one worth fixing, but some things you could do to make it better: Add a grid so you can better see where the pieces will fall Show the piece after the one you are currently placing Better yet, let you choose from 5 random pieces, then add another random piece after you use one Add an undo button for the last block you placed Get rid of the annoying camera drift when placing blocks Overall it feels ill-conceived and half-baked.. really fun rouge lite dungeon exploration with a neat tetris tile laying mechanic. The game is great, I haven't had any problems besides these two; controller support fixed, 95% of the time if I'm using a PS4 controller and an option that can be selected by pressing 'Space' on the keyboard pops up, I can't select it. Also, there needs to me more specific video options besides 'Low' and 'High', like to turn off rain and to turn off lighting flashes.. The tetris block part works well enough and I like the idea. However, I found the rest of the game to be quite boring. The card game elements do not add anything. It's too random and not really helpful. The combat is simple and fairly difficult, too difficult. Even with the cards I was always scrambling for health. You do not gain health back easily. Then when you finally finish that level you go to the next and nothing changes.. I'll be honest, i'm ambivalent about this. it's an interesting concept but the execution ends up taking the things i hate about tetris and the thing i hate about turn based roguelikes and magnifying them. i'm going to reluctantly thumbs up this because it's fairly priced, it's fairly represented, and it's a rock solid product.
